When you start a rental, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card. This is not a charge. When you return the power bank, you are charged only for your rental time and the rest of the hold is released. Release timing depends on your bank, usually within a few business days.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
We collect only what's needed to process your rental: the payment details handled by Stripe, and rental times and locations. We don't sell your information.
